This year in ISM I seek to gain experience in the world of medicine under my mentorship and instill confidence in myself with my professional and communication skills. I will step out of my comfort zone to expand my potential. I will go after my weaknesses and do my best to turn them into strengths. I will not be disappointed with accepting failure, as failure will only lead to room for more growth. All in all, I will be a better individual, professionally as well as mentally, and will make the most of this amazing opportunity given to me in ISM.
